PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CHARTER


PREAMBLE
This charter defines the manner in which the Law Office Anastasi (hereinafter, the "Law Office"), acting in its capacity as data controller, collects, processes and uses the personal data that you provide to it in your capacity as user from the website www.anastasi.fr (hereinafter, the "Site") via the Site's contact form.

PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA BY THE LAW OFFICE
The data collected are as follows: your Surname, your first name, your e-mail address, your telephone number, as well as any other data which makes it possible to identify you directly or indirectly as a natural person, which you spontaneously communicate in the body of the message sent via the form.
The purpose of this processing is to respond to your requests and for your legal basis, your consent. The recipients of your data are Law Office assistants, Law Office partners and associates and Law Office subcontractors, responsible for IT security.

Your data will be kept for a period of three years from the last exchange with the Law Office that you have requested.

All of your personal data is kept on a secure server within the Law Office.The personal data entrusted to the Law Office are confidential by nature. Only persons duly authorized by the Law Office have access to your data and these persons are all bound by an obligation of confidentiality. The subcontractors authorized by the Law Office to process your data implement the appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee an appropriate level of security.

YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM
You benefit, within the limits provided for by the regulations in force, from the following rights:

Right of access: you can obtain confirmation from the Law Office that your data is or is not being processed and receive an electronic copy, except in the event that such access would be contrary to the principles of professional secrecy.

Right of rectification: you can obtain rectification of your data which is inaccurate or supplement it in connection with the purpose of the processing.

Right of erasure: you can, within the limits provided for by the regulations in force, obtain the erasure of your data from the Law Office.
